How do you ship the products?
If you are within 20 miles of studio, items will be hand-delivered (unless otherwise notified). All
other items will be shipped using USPS. You can decide how soon you need the product. Shipping
charges are included in custom orders.

What is the custom order process?
You must first fill out the request form, email us, or request in person.
We then contact you and meet all your specifications
A contract is made and the deposit is required upon signature
(Half and half for invitations and half/quarter/quarter for custom garments)

When will you have ready-to-buy products?
We will soon offer ready-made products.
They will be sold on this website, kaboodle, and etsy.

What if I want to return my item?
The deposit on custom items are nonrefundable. However, item can be returned and
changed to your liking. Details will be covered in your contract. We aim to please.

Can I cancel my order?
Completed orders will be charged full price if cancelled.

What payments do you accept?
Cash, certified check, money orders, and paypal (misslady_3@msn.com) is accepted.

Can I make custom orders if I'm in another state?
Yes but we don't recommend it. You can fill out a measurement form
and send it to us. We will make the garments as close to those measurements as
possible. For alterations, go to nearest alteration shop. Ready-to-buy garments
will be available soon.

You can order cards and invitations from any state.
